Opta (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a U.S.-based business unit of Tiburon Media Group, LLC that provides lead routing and campaign operations tools for business customers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information through our public website (opta.io), marketing activities, and account-level interactions. It does not apply to the data our customers manage through the Opta platform.

If your personal information has been submitted to Opta by one of our customers, please refer to that organization’s privacy policy. We do not control how they collect, use, or share lead data.


1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information when you interact with our website or communicate with us directly:

  • Contact Information — name, email address, phone number, company name
  • Account Information — login credentials, billing contacts, user roles
  • Marketing and Communication Data — email preferences, event registrations, responses to campaigns

We do not knowingly collect or process sensitive personal information or data related to children under 13.

Lead data is governed by the customer’s privacy policy and our Terms of Service and Data Processing Agreement.


6. International Transfers

If you are located outside the United States, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. We use appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), to ensure lawful data transfers.


7. Data Security and Retention

We apply security measures consistent with SOC 2 standards, including:

  • Access controls and monitoring
  • Incident response procedures

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for business, legal, or compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your information at any time.
